Breaking changes

None in the API of Anvil. Check these changes of behaviour:

  • Two-factor authentication: TotpAction must be the login action in Config\Auth::$actions. Otherwise the setup is not offered, and users with TOTP or of panels requiring it are logged out. See Two-factor authentication.
  • OpenSpout 5: applications that use OpenSpout themselves must follow its upgrade guide.
  • Numbers: a grouping separator is only accepted between groups of three digits. 250.50 in a German form is now rejected instead of saved as 25,050.00. This also applies to NumberRangeFilter.
  • TextColumn::boolean()->text() returns “Yes” or “No” instead of the stored value. Check your own code if it compares this text.
