Highlights

Two-factor authentication fails closed when TotpAction is not the login action of Config\Auth::$actions: the login (password or magic link) did not ask for the code of users who had set up TOTP. Now the setup is not offered, and users with TOTP or of panels requiring it are logged out with a message and a critical log entry. Lists can group records by a field: Collection::groups(['stage'], default: 'stage'). Groups can be collapsed and show the number of their records, users can change the grouping and save it in a view. See Grouping.
Editable columns change a value in the table: SelectColumn, ToggleColumn, CheckboxColumn and TextInputColumn. They use the field of the form with its rules and the same permissions, policies and audit entries, and do not overwrite values changed in the meantime.

Exports use OpenSpout 5 (openspout/openspout 5.12.2). Applications that use OpenSpout themselves must follow its upgrade guide: options and most classes are readonly.
TextColumn::boolean()->text() returns “Yes” or “No” instead of the stored value, like the export.

A link into another panel loaded only the body of its page: the colour, stylesheets and scripts of the new panel appeared after a reload. Pages of another panel are now loaded as a whole page.
Tabs that remember the open tab (form tabs, relation tabs) opened the first tab after a boosted page change between pages with the same tabs, e.g. from the detail page to the edit page and back after saving.
The generators wrote enum values in lower case (enum('A') gave the choice a) and made a phone field of every column containing “tel”, e.g. titel.
